They listen to what you have to say. They are polite and respectful and friendly. Typically you don’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor takes his time and makes sure you understand the treatment options and answers all your questions. I would definitely recommend Rodney Rencher and his team.

I had a great relationship and experience with Medi clinic, I always fully cooperated with the clinic and always paid my fees. I came out of town almost 4 hours away to help care for my grandchildren, I was due for refill on medication. I did know that 1 of the medication would not be refilled until I came back into town to see them in person which understandable. And the other medication I would be able to get refilled. But when I called the office it’s like their whole demeanor as a well like office changed, needless to say I was very disappointed.

I’m a new patient. I’m just starting to take my medication. But as far as the staff, they are very nice and experienced. I would recommend them to others.

Everyone at this office is amazing...Fnp Jenke was amazing, Amanda is so friendly and helpful every time I call. Rodney is fantastic! Love this office and appreciate them seeing me so quickly when I need to get in!

I tried another doctor before finding Dr Jenke and Medicare and my experience with her and this office definitely outshined the other. Everyone from the front desk to the techs were kind and I believe that says everything about a place a business

Austin was extremely professional and very attentive to my concern. He diagnosed it right away and explained what was going on in terms a lay person would understand, not using medical jargon. Having such a compassionate care giver is key to proper healing.
